My goal as a mentor and as the PI of the lab is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where members can explore their interests, develop critical thinking skills, and build community, while working toward their academic and career goals. Central to this effort is creating a space where people feel welcome, supported, and able to be themselves, in order to reach their full potential.
